We want you to feel secure and if requested, we will give you a signed copy of our referral agreement so that you have legal protection. We expect our clients and tenants to keep their agreements, and we will do the same with you.
We'll Pay You
We will pay $1000 per property, payable when we either place a tenant or when we sign them up for a takeover!
You Keep Your Clients
When you send us a referral, you increase your chances of getting a future sale out of them. We are often the first to know of their intent to sell their investment property, and we will refer them back to you.
Reduce Your Liability
Improperly following tenant-law on leasing, fee handling, maintenance issues, turnover, etc. can expose you to legal liability and can put your real estate license in jeopardy. We will lease expertly while following all the codes.

If you refer a client to us, please do not worry, when they are ready to sell or buy we will turn them back over to you. We will never sell your clients property out from under you and we are willing to put that in a contract with you.

In addition, AMG will give a $500 referral to any agents who refer a client that signs a property management agreement with us. The referral fee will be paid after the first month’s rent has been collected by AMG.

Also, if you have built a portfolio of properties that you are managing, and are looking to discontinue that service, AMG will buy those contract from you. We are experts at property management contract acquisitions and will pay a very competitive price.
